The Excellent. Nodoguro don, sashimi set, and sake took only 4800yen. Amazingly good and tasty.

I made a reservation to visit this restaurant because I wanted to show my filial piety to my mother, who has always taken good care of me. You have to make a reservation to get in. I had the Nodoguro Aburi-Don (for my mother and myself), which was introduced on "Bananaman no Sekeru Gourmet", a special nigiri (for my mother), and other items such as sushi. The Nodoguro Aburi-don (Nodoguro Aburi Bowl) was filled with thick, juicy Nodoguro seared so much that you could hardly see the rice! You can choose wasabi or Sasakawaryu salt, but I preferred Sasakawaryu salt. I am a local salt (I don't usually use it), but I realized once again that it was a salt I was proud of. (The sushi was fresh and my mother was very pleased with it, so I was satisfied. Thank you very much. We will visit again!

Really amazing sushi for a decent price! The miso soup was very rich! Highly recommended.

Oiishi!!!!!!! Sushi set and nodokuru don are must have! I wish I have a better photo to show you how beautiful and delicious the food is, but anyways YOU SHOULD COME HERE!

The fish rice and miso soup were excellent. Fishes are small but very tasty. Rice is sweet and sour with some herbs on top which matched very well with the fish. Shrimps were used to cook the soup which is rich with a just right level of saltiness.

Very delicious sushi and shrimp soup. Reservation is needed during peak hour and so I just come before it close during lunch time which there were plenty of seats available. Highly recommended you to come for sushi in Niigata. However, there are only two free parking space available from the restaurant. If there is no parking space, you may need to park in the opposite which code 300 Yen per 60 mins.

The grilled blackthroat seaperch rice bowl is absolutely amazing! The fish is perfectly seared, rich in fat, and melts in your mouth, pairing wonderfully with the fragrant rice. A must-try for seafood lovers. The sweet shrimp nigiri sushi is equally outstanding—fresh, tender, and naturally sweet. The sushi rice is well-seasoned, enhancing the shrimp’s delicate flavor. This restaurant is definitely worth traveling for to experience its exceptional dishes.
